    Had Keratin done for my daughter, was supposed to be Brazilian keratin instead she used some cheap unknown product. She refuses to fix the problem and pretended not to speak English. Called Accc turns out she has many complaints. Worse customer service EVER

    I hired this company and I can say that this has been the most HORRIBLE COMPANY I have worked with.
    I hired this people to install a shower screen in my bathroom. What a disaster !!!! They broke 1 of the tiles saying it is not their fault,the tile was faulty ???? I called David (the manager) and he is so rude,he said evErything was in their terms and conditions so I have to read them.They don`t take responsibility at all. What an awful company.Now I am contacting Fair Trading and Current Affair to let everyone know. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A REAL RUBBISH!!!! Now I spoke with David and he said he will report me to the Fair Trading.Not sure what he is going to report to them? Am I their customer or ? SO ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE,IF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO FAIR TRADING FOR THE DAMAGE THAT THIS COMPANY DOES TO YOUR BATHROOM !!! CAN`T BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER S
